Alot of bug.. in Samsung a54 5g, device not certified, whatsapp crash , Syatem crash..

For the "Devices is not certified" issue, you can send feedback to Google for them to review the alert.

  1. Open your device’s Settings app.
  2. Tap Google > Help & feedback (tap the question mark icon on the upper right corner)> Send feedback. 
     
  3. Enter details about what happened. Include the name of the app you used when you got the error.
  4. Tap Send.

Try factory reset your phone. i know it's a bit too much but maybe worth trying?
