Do Galaxy A54 have gyro-EIS???

Yes, the Samsung Galaxy A54 has location technology; GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS. 

and the following Sensors built-in.

"Accelerometer, Fingerprint Sensor, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, Hall Sensor, Light Sensor, Virtual Proximity Sensing". 

Meanwhile, OIS (optical image stabilization) uses a gyro sensor to detect camera shake and slightly moves the lens to compensate for camera shake.

and EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) use a real camera frame, crop it a bit, and shift the frame to compensate for the movement of the motion. Quality drops a bit, but not by much.

If both work at the same time when shooting, the footage will look stable and clear.
