What's the possible reason why i can't factory reset my phone? I can't click it. 

How can I fix this problem, do you have any suggestions?

Hmmm... That's weird. Maybe try to back it up first. If it still doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to their chat support using a different device or you may try factory reset using hard keys.

Turn off your phone, then press and hold the Power key and Volume Up key. Release the keys when the Android logo appears. When the Android system recovery menu appears, use the Volume Down key to scrol down and select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and press the Power key to proceed

Is this a company phone? or are you using this for work that requires company applications installed?

If yes, it could be a restriction applied by your IT company, best to coordinate with them if that's the case.

If not, coordinate with the Samsung Service Center.
