I've tried everything setting, re-installation 
. I also tried installing Facebook lite. My friends cannot see my active status. I have A16 5G.
What else to do. Please help.

Is your active status turned on? Try checking it out. One thing, slow internet connection causes your status turned idle specially if you're connected to wifi.
