Fast Charging issue

hello, kakabili lang nung friday itong A16 first hand i used 18w adaptor because hindi pa dumadating yung 20w order ko then okay sya sa normal charging pero kapag fast charging na nag o-on and o-ff sya, what's the problem po kaya? Or within warranty po ba yung issues na ganito? Ty!!!

apparently custom serv said that it might be the adaptor that is not compatible to my phone

need to change daw the adaptor but i haven't buy one pa. pero why sa my mom s23 and a05 okay kahit anong adaptor huh8

Ewan din, sirain siguro ang samsung, sakin is s24 nag didisconnect and reconnect sya sa sfc2.0. Recently lng after 1 year of using.

sakin ganyan din pero when they try with the original samsung charger, it works naman

Baka naka program na yata to sa samsung server, after 1 year, magiging sirain na ang phone.
