My Samsung galaxy a7 2018 model fingerprint get stops to respond with error message help me to solve

did restart ur phone ady?
bcz I didnt meet any problem like this at my a7 2018

yes I had already restarted phone wipe all data to factory reset also bt it didnt function... how to solve it
