hi since Samsung is so concern on the quality of the camera, it still depends on the user on how he/she's going to use the camera feature. the camera app should be flexible to what the user wants, specially when using the photo option we usually want the 0.5, even tho u can enable it its should still depend on us if we want the flash or not. because we are the one using the phone specially the camera.
So please Samsung as a big fan of your phones, kindly allow the flash on the 0.5 option of the camera for a user friendly and flexible use of the camera feature.
