Froze and auto restart

My Samsung Galaxy A53 5G always froze and kept on auto restarting when I updated to UI 6.1. Is this normal? I already had a factory reset but it happen again and again. What should I do??

My brother's S21 5G has the same problem, no solutions yet. I guess it's a hardware issue. I recommend letting a professional check your device .

The diagnostics are okay. 22 ot of 22. But te same issue appears again and again.
