How to change app drawer from horizontal swipe to vertical scroll?

Can't find any settings related to that. 

Also can't find Good Lock @GalaxyStore w/ & w/o VPN (US).

Install Good Lock and inside Good Lock install the module called "Home Up" then look for the App List option and turn it on.
