I have some concern when i charge my phone galaxy A13 4G easily to drain the baterry i charge my phone 11% then i connect the plug from 11% then i saw its down to 3% then after that its continue to charge ,this is normal or what
Hi @Ghell05, with this kind of issue you need to isolate if the issue is comming from the charger you are using or on the phone's battery itself.
To check if it is an issue with charger:
1. Are you using the original charger came with the device? 2. Have you tried using different charger with same wattage? 3. When you try other charger, are you still having the same issue?
If you have tried the above troubleshooting and it is still having the same issue, you can perform diagnostic on your device through settings or device care to help optimize your device.
I Already tried diagnostic all is good condition even my battery is good health i dont know why like that when i charge 11% easily down to 3% then after some min.going up untill full
To add to JeyTutorials' reply: what does your notification bar say when you plug in a charger? Cable charging, fast charging, slow charging -- let us know. This can help narrow down if the issue is with your charger / charging cable or your charging port.
