Samsung Galaxy A15 LTE Have Screen Recording or Does not Have Screen Recording???

If Galaxy A15 LTE Does Have Recording Screen but why is it missing from my quick settings even when I first use the phone. What should i do to fix it???

Have you tried checking the edit portion of the quick access?

Yes i did but i can't find screen recording. In the reviews I've seen on the A15 they have screen recording but mine doesn't

Hopefully in the next update to Android 15 and One UI 7 I will have Screen Recording. Thank you very much for your time and helping me.
