It's pretty fair since A30 got it earlier and A30s follow suit. What's your phone / model?

maybe samsung is preparing more time for lower spec phones. right now , OneUI 3.1 on A30s is pretty buggy in some parts so far, such as full screen gesture navigations, slower fingerprint and other unmentionables. I don't necessarily think it's slower , it's just that this new update introduces more bugs.
