Have you tried to check on Settings, Software update, Download and install? What does it says?

It says that the update still in January Patch

Oh! I was able to update the February & March 2021 security patch, then few days later after receiving March 2021 security update, it's the Android 11 update.

Were you able to check if the February & March 2021 security update is available?

The March 2021 is available via smart switch but in my phone it's not available because i didn't update my phone yet in January patch
