Galaxy AI will never get samsung A series again. I have used other samsung phones but never experienced this before. I am trying to fix the motherboard since that is the problem I was told the phone had. Once it is fixed, I will test run it and give my feedback. This is really frustrating.

Galaxy AI am dr Sazid from Bangladesh,I buy this a 72 about 500 dollar from Bangladesh,During charging it gets very hot,After android 13 update during charging its say slow charging,temperature is low,after android 14 updtae it get suddenly freeze,even if i researt my phone its again freeze after some time,Samgsung A 72 is worst phone i have ever seen,Now a days samgsung phone is worst phone ever, every phone there is problem,So much money with 720g lowerclass processor,manufracturing is so faulty,Chinesse phone is much better than that,

Galaxy AI am not happy with may a72 also. This is my first Samsung phone. Just after using for 8 months the back cover is pulling off. The screen has started freezing. Without force restart it does not work. Definitely the worst phone i have ever used. I do not think I will ever going to buy another phone from Samsung. A total waste of 500 dollar!

Galaxy AI am writing from Bangladesh. This is nonsense that i bought A72 , Its totally waste of money. After buying this phone it's back shell automatically take off and screen went freeze each time after restarting phone it works couple of minutes and again it's freeze. I took it to the customer care, and they said, they will change its motherboard and it's price will be 300 dollar including flex ribbon, ha ha ha ha!
Samsung should be taking care about customer satisfaction, but they don't. So, this is first and last phone for me Samsung, I won't use Samsung anymore!!
