Hello everyone! I'm sorry if this post sounds really aggressive but I'm very upset. If you're thinking about buying Samsung A72 think twice. I regret buying Samsung A72 so much, if only I could turn back time, I would. I've had other phones before this and they've all lasted for years whereas this phone, I've only been using it for a year when it starts having problems. First, it stopped reading my sim card-it says No Sim card although I had sim card inserted and sim card was working properly when inserted to a different phone. Second, the screen would suddenly freeze so I had to keep doing the hard reset just so I could use it. Third, it wouldn't even charge properly it would say my phone's temperature was too low. I did everything I could to try to save this phone to no avail. I performed factory reset as a last resort and brought it to Samsung service center and they said they'll have to change the motherboard. I didn't want to give up on it since I've already become attached to it. My GOD!!! THE STRESS THIS PHONE GAVE ME! Seriously, THIS PHONE WAS INFURIATING. What a TRASH phone. It was such a waste of my money. I'm so upset since this was my first Samsung phone as well. It gave me such a bad experience it ruined Samsung for me forever. So now I'll have to buy another phone after only a year of using this one. Definitely NOT GETTING SAMSUNG for sure.

Hello MissMae17,

We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with your Samsung Galaxy A72 having it first time while encountered multiple issues from the SIM Card not working properly, screen freeze, and not charging properly, and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused.

I really understand where your frustration is coming from, expecting your device to work normally as it should, but it turns out it gave you just that. If I were in your shoes, I would feel the same.

Should you decide to proceed with restoring your device to work at optimum performance, you may head out to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center in your area.

I will never get samsung A series again. I have used other samsung phones but never experienced this before. I am trying to fix the motherboard since that is the problem I was told the phone had. Once it is fixed, I will test run it and give my feedback. This is really frustrating.
