Did you try tapping the three lines at the top?

If you do, you can proceed as follows:

Click on the settings icon > then at the top you will see a section that says show game apps click on it and change it to game launcher and home screen.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

An installed game may not appear in your Samsung Galaxy A11 Game Launcher for a few reasons, such as if it was downloaded from an unsupported app store. Because of this, you may not see the game’s icon.

You can try manually adding a game to Game Launcher if needed. Open the Game Launcher app, tap My games, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots). Tap Add games, and then select your desired game.

You can also do the following:

1. Clear the app cache from settings.

2. Update both the game and Game Launcher. (If available)

3. Install Game Plugins from Galaxy Store.

4. Then open it and tap Game Booster Plus, turn it on.

5. This will scan games installed on your phone.

My Game Launcher is very good and all apps or games are showing, appear to my game launcher no problem. But you why?
