Game Plugins issue

I can't open my Game plugins.Every time I open my Game plugins it always show "unable to run:GOS lite"what does it mean?

It start to Happen when Samsung is rolling out Android 13 One UI 5.0 Software Update.

Until now after I installed the software update nothings change.

Can someone Help me?

You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

The reasons are

● One Ui core

●GOS LITE is not compatible on higher android versions like android 13

●It's only on android pie, 10, 11 and 12
