After updating my A71,audio is cracklkng in Genshin Impact. Only workaround is to start screen record with internal audio selected, then as soon as it starts, pause it right ahead. Is there any fix on this?

I think it's an issue the game itself than your device as I am also experiencing the same issue and there are reports playing the game as well.

Same goes with mine, Galaxy A51. I am not a rookie nor a pro gamer, but a few days as soon as I got it on hands, same experience happened even without a latest update, still happening after so many updates. I am thinking of going to a Samsung service center to get it a check up.

hey I got the same problem and device too. I've been having the same problem for months now and it damaged my audio/speaker. at first everytime I logged in there's a crackling noise, and sometimes the ingame sound is crackling too but now it never happen again. however the logged in crack is still happening. but now sometimes when I just casually watching youtube or other apps the sound wont come out. it came back to normal after i restart but still happening sometimes. but now there's a LOUD crackling noise when I just activate the audio of a video in instagram at first i thought its from the video but i test playing a song on spotify and the crackling became worst.. i've restart and it came back to normal again. this is a known problem among samsung and other android devices.

Samsung Galaxy A71 doesn't really have Snapdragon 730G chipset
