Good day! I purchased new SIM card from Globe, but I noticed that the toolkit was missing. I restored my previous SIM and it does reappeared. The Smart SIM has also toolkit. Wonder why.

Did you buy your smartphone to a plan promo of either Smart or Globe?

Have you tried this way?
Most issues with your SIM card will need to be resolved by your carrier, but before you contact them, there are a couple things you can try to resolve any issues.
Check the SIM card.
Remove the SIM card and inspect it for damage or corrosion. Reinsert the SIM card, making sure it is properly installed in the tray. If you have another phone that works with the same carrier, try using the SIM card with that phone.
Try another SIM card.
If you have another active line with your carrier you can try that SIM card with your phone.
Replace the SIM card.
If your SIM card continues to have issues, you will need to get a replacement from your carrier.

Probably the sim you bought has no SIM toolkit, but this is just small things, and should not affect the user experience.
