Group Sharing Application could not update for more than a month.

I am using A12 Nacho. After the updates, doon na na-stuck ang Group Sharing. Hindi na siya ma-update.
Wala po bang magiging problem sa phone kung hindi ma-update ang Group Sharing App? Thank you po.

I can update it in other devices but not in A12.

Thanks for letting us know about your encountered error during an update to Group Sharing app.

Before you try out below recommendations as to your solutions, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated with latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in following order. 

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

 

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
