Half Dark Screen

Got scared when I noticed that the upper part of the screen of my phone was darker. Glad it was gone by restarting the phone. But what was it? It kinda freaked me out! 😫

Using a Galaxy A52 by the way.

A line can be seen on the upper-middle part of the screen.

I think its a widget sir. Normally ang widget mas darker

That's the widget's transparency. You can long press the widget, tap settings and edit its transparency there. You can also match it with dark mode if you want it to sync when you have dark mode activated.

It could be. But as you see it's different from what happened earlier. That thing still on even when I swipe pages on my home screen, making it not really look right.

You mean the widget's dark background right? If you're talking about the rectangular shade enclosing the Weather Widget, then that just means it's matched with dark mode. Disable the match with dark mode by long pressing the widget, tap settings, and you can find the option there. Set the transparency to 0.
