Having issue with DITO sim

Im having a problem with voice calls using DITO sim. The VoLTE is not working also.
I've tried all the youtube hack tutorial and its still not working.

Hoping samsung will find solutions for this.

Btw, im using samsung galaxy A02.

Ang alam ko sa compatibility ni DITO sim, may list ang ata. Di ko sure if A02 is kasama. 😊 Kasi gusto ko din sana. Hihi. Im using A50.

*A Series

A01, A02s, A11, A12, A21s, A30, A31, A32, A32 5G, A42 5G, A50s, A52 5G, A52, A72, M11

*Galaxy Series

Galaxy Fold 2, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G

*Note Series

Note 20, Note 20 Ultra 5G

I would like to quote on this. I have Note 20 5G and I'm not even getting the 5G signal. 4G+ is fine however sobrang hina ng signal. VoWIFI is not working either. SAD! I should have kept my Oppo phone.

If other sims are working fine with your phone, then it's probably the network you're currently using that's causing the problems.

My DITO 5G sim is working fine with my xiaomi 11t however if i use with my note 20 5G, 5G signal is not working. Samsung please advise

Going back to your concern, have you checked the answers of your co members? As what they mentioned, DITO sim may not be compatible with your A02. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!
