Sorry I can't see the blocky stairs, as you described it, in your screenshot. You need to visit a SAMSUNG STORE and show them your phone screen. Better, go to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER in or nearest your area.

Meantime, perhaps you can REDUCE your display resolution, and check if your display setting is under VIVID, then change this to NATURAL.
