Is your A31 the 5G variant? If yes, then is your sim 5G capable?

There's a sticker at the back of my phone A325G/DS and yes my sim card is 5g ready

Usually if your sim is already 5G capable and 5G ready, you should check if you are in an area that is 5G-capable. Check it with your network provider

If your location has 5G coverage it will automatically be active.

Checl if you phone is a 5G variant. If yes, then you simply need a 5G sim and make sure your area also has 5G coverage. If not, then you can't use 5G unless you upgrade your phone for a 5G ready. 😊
