Hello cpuQJ7b4,

We value your feedback and comment here. With our dear Samsung members, we are here to help.

I understand that you are encountering crashes on your internet browser and can't figure out what is really causing it.

But don't worry, I will guide you with the below basic steps to troubleshoot your internet browsing problems.

First, we need to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest Software updates as follows:

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download, if available > Install > Follow On-Screen notifications.

Troubleshooting the Samsung Internet Browser App/Samsung Members, & Samsung Health apps.

1) Tap and hold Samsung Internet app shortcut on your home screen.

2) Then, when a context menu appears, tap on App info.

3) Tap force stop, then go to storage, and clear cache.

4) Besides clearing cache, you can clear data, but this will reset the app to the default settings.

5) You can also check some third-party apps/add extension in browser that are running in the background and making interference with your browsing activity. You can Delete it and/or uninstall apps.

6) Open/Check/rectify Samsung Health Apps settings by clearing the cache.  Logout and login your details. Note the abnormal operations and its messages, if there's any.

7) Open/Check/rectify the Samsung Members app settings. Logout and Login your details.  Note the abnormal operations and its messages, if there's any.

8.) Reboot your device and check how the functions of the Internet browser, Samsung Members app & Samsung health, it should be normal now.
