Galaxy ATry changing your Photo storage location in Camera - Settings- Scroll down to Storage Location - Internal. Try taking photos and see if it's still an error, your SD card may be the culprit.

Galaxy APlug the phone into a USB port into pc or plug usb headphones in*
Hold the volume up button and the power button until recovery mode boots up
Scroll down using the volume keys and then select the option to reset/delete cache
Reboot phone.
