I just got this new samsung a31 last april, I use instagram a lot and have noticed that the quality of the photos and i see after uploading are poor quality. Its not the highest that it can be. How can i fix this?
Hey there, Claire! Amazing day! With regards to your concern, have you tried recording using your base camera then uploading it to IG stories? Or do you record your IG stories via the IG app itself? It is said that output will get compromised should you use the IG app solely for recording your stories but runs smoothly if you record first using other app/base camera, then uploading it via IG stories. These issue/s may have been caused by a glitch with INSTAGRAMS software, always keep your apps and even your device always updated to ensure smooth operations. Hope this helps! im just telling the truth that instagram isnt optimized well for android because there a lot of OEMs out there that facebook needs to cater. unlike other OS.
all of you moderators should be transparent and should be not one sided. it is stated on facebook that photos on android are pixelated because it is not well optimized yet.
