Internet Issues on Samsung!

Hi , ask ko lng if normal lng ba na kahit may data or naka on WiFi lumalabas parin na no internet sa Tiktok and Play store? Almost a month na ganito Cellphone ko, and I research for tips to resolve this issue pero wala parin nag bago.

Pls help guys maybe may tips kayo kung ano pwede ko gawin TvT.

hello po, base sa screenshots nyo (yung key sign sa notif bar) you have turned on vpn or a vpn app is running on the background. Try turning it off po sa notif panel nyo or sa settings menu.
