Safe Mode somehow enabled while trying to enter to recovery mode

You must have mistakenly pressed the Volume Down button instead of the Volume Up button when you tried entering recovery. This wouldn't boot with the wrong key presses, just a slight error maybe! Just restart and you're out of Safe Mode.

Also, to access the Recovery Mode, plug your phone into a computer or insert the included USB-C headset into your device and press the Volume Up + Power Button for a few seconds.
