Issue of galaxy a54 5g

Who experience here that if you use the camera, and then while taking photos it automatically restart itself. What should be the problem of my phone? 😔

Samsung A54 5g user.

How to resolve this problem?

Wish I knew, I'm going to an event this weekend where I plan to take photos but that's not going to be possible at this rate. I have reported it through Samsung members and been told its been forwarded to engineers but no time frame given. I send every crash report too.

Everytime you open and use the camera and take photos, it automatically reboots?

Almost every time, seems to mainly crash and reboot if I zoom in and take a photo or try to focus

Dangggg. It is a worst situation than mine. My phone, not everytime.

I just tried again, zoomed in, tried to focus and my phone restarted.

I experienced this for almost 4 to 5 times na i don't know if this can fix by software update or it just be like this forever huhuhu
