Keyboard list and default bug

Hi. The keyboard list and default screen keeps popping up on my father's phone. It is a A54.

Have tried resetting keyboard settings and reset phone, using gboard but unable to resolve. Anyone have solutions?

This happens after One UI 6.0 update? Before the update, did this issue occur?

Happened both before and after update

Hmm.. okay.. btw, from the screenshot provided, I can see that Google Voice Typing and Gboard are showing "Und", which I presume is Undefined. Would it be possible to set any language (e.g. English UK) for both of them? And see if it works. I am not sure if the undefined is the root cause.
