Hello everyone, I really need your help right now—especially from fellow Samsung users, particularly those using the Samsung A35.
I bought my phone last January, and now it's already June, yet I'm already experiencing some serious lags and bugs. Sometimes the screen becomes unresponsive to touch, and other times I have to restart the phone again and again just to get it working properly.
This issue just started recently, on Monday, June 16, and I honestly don’t know why. I suspect it might be related to the new One UI 7 update.
This phone is the only device I have right now, so it’s really important to me. If this is a software or hardware issue, and it's still under warranty, is it possible to report or bring this to Samsung for repair or replacement?
Please, I’d really appreciate any help or advice. Thank you so much in advance!

Hello! I understand your concern. Since you bought your A35 just this January, it should still be covered by the 1-year Samsung warranty.
Try doing a Wipe Cache Partition via Recovery Mode first — this often helps after a major software update like One UI 7.
But if the screen still freezes or becomes unresponsive, I highly recommend visiting a Samsung Service Center as soon as possible. You can also report it via the Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports for proper documentation.
Keep your proof of purchase ready in case they need it for warranty support.
Hoping your phone gets fixed soon!
