Sorry. No LED indicatior, but you may opt to use the always on display instead, since that phone uses OLED display, and select "show always" to show notifications fixed. It is more detailed than a single LED light, since it specifies which app has a notification. See sample at third photo...

i dont know what unit you have in your hands but I have seen a flash notification under Advanced settings of Accessibility. hope this helps :)

or much better to use the always on display instead, if the phone uses OLED / AMOLED display. It has the similar function as the LED notification but more detailed since it specifies which app is it.
