My phone is an A20s and can't send a message for about a week now. I can make a call but can't deliver a message. Tried to restart and power on/off but still the same. I transferred my sim to a Vivo phone and it works. It can send a message. Bakit kaya?🤔

Have you checked if you're sending your messages through RCS? Go to your Messages App -Settings - Chat Settings - Select Default Messaging type -Text or MMS.

If not, have you tried sending messages within other messaging app eg; Google Messsages and see if the problem persists?

Yes, I've already checked it. I'll try Google Messages now. Thanks.

It worked in Google Messages. Thank you. 😊

Glad that it worked within Google Messages! There might be some problem within your stock Messages app. If you want to continue using your stock Messages soon, try clearing its app data and cache and see if it will also solve that problem.

i suggest also to turn it off/on your device and also reset to factory settings then use the samsung default messaging app and try if it will fix the problem.

Hi! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. Have you updated your device to the latest software version? If not, always check for software updates and keep your device updated to the latest version available. After updating, always do a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION via SAFE MODE on your device so as to avoid unwanted performance bugs as such. Hope this helps too! Stay safe and enjoy the weekend. 😊

Tried this but still the same. I will stick with Google Messages for the meantime. Thanks.
