Has anyone experienced this for the longest time? May certain areas na mahina ang network mo hence your mobile data connection is disrupted minsan. I totally get that.

However, maraming beses din na pumapalya sya AND hnd ngrerecover ang mobile data nang kusa kahit goods na ang signal mo... and most of the time I have to reset it manually (via turning on/off mobile data, turning on/off airplane mode, or using reset network settings as the final solution if the first 2 doesn't work). It's becoming quite a hassle khit admittedly naging routine ko na tong ginagawa.

May mga solution ba kayong nagawa to resolve this? Me kelangan bang i-tweak sa phone to get this fixed?

Hello basuragirl,

You may find below step-by-step instructions on how to reset the network settings on your device.

Step 1. Go to Settings.

Step 2. Navigate to General management.

Step 3. In the General management menu, select "Reset."

Step 4. On the "Reset" page, choose "Reset Network Settings."

Step 5. Your phone will display the items, which it will erase when you reset your settings. Tap "Reset Settings" to continue. (This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi , Mobile data and Bluetooth.)

Step 6. Confirm your action by tapping "Reset."

And that’s it. Your phone will begin to restore your network settings to their defaults. You’ll see a success message when the reset process is complete.
