Why whenever i pause the playback widget on my lockscreen and close it again it will dissapear for a seconds. Any tips?

It's the default behavior on music players in One UI and that's unchangeable as far as I observed. That's happening to me too on both Samsung Music and Spotify. After a minute of being paused, the widget will disappear from the lockscreen. You can then play the music again by tapping the clock widget and resume from there.
On the other hand, Samsung Music has a feature which you can enable to control it from the lockscreen, and those controls will still be there even after a minute. You can enable it by going to Samsung Music's settings - Control Music From Lockscreen and you'll get a control similar to this.
