Need some help mobile data no option to switch on my esim

For context i have a sim 1 smart and an esim 1 Gomo now i cant use my mobile data on my esim 1 its not showing on options my phone is A56 samsung

Have you checked on Settings > Connections > Sim Manager > Mobile Data


Sometimes an esim needs to update in the Sim Manager setting too.
