The Galaxy A7 2018 isn't receiving updates anymore. What Android version is your Galaxy A7 2018? I don't think you'll get new emojis.

The best thing you can do is to download a keyboard app that surely has the latest emojis. I personally suggest Gboard and Swiftkey.
