NFC on Galaxy A55 5G

Hi everyone! Im from Philippines! Kakatrade in ko lang from Samsung Galaxy A34 to Samsung Galaxy A55 recently. I just notice na medyo hirap basahin ni Beep App yung Beep Card ko.. unlike sa A34 ko na mabilis naman. Why po kaya ganon? I tried to re-install it pero same pa din..

Edit: Tried using the NFC features ni Grab sa payment method and mabilis naman nya nadedetect mga CC ko haha.

either online sa samsung.com or ask the staff at any samsung physical store. i got my M23 traded in for an A55 at a samsung physical store.

Hi! Actually i trade mine sa Memo Xpress, hehehe. Dapat sa Samsung din kaso naunahan ako hehe. Ang alam kong store na pasok for trade in bukod kay Samsung is Silicon Valley and Memo Xpress.. Hope this help 😁

If your phone is scanning other NFC-enabled devices properly, but not you Beep card, then the Beep card may be at fault. You may need to have your Beep card replaced. 

We can try ruling out your device by running the diagnostics function from your Samsung Members app. Tap the "Support" icon at the bottom right and run Phone diagnostics. You can post your results here if you want! 😄 

If it turns out that the issue is with the device, please visit a Samsung Service Center and present to them your diagnostics report from Samsung Members to get a quote on how much the repairs will cost.
