No more app icon for notifs after update

Just updated to android 13 on A51 and realised that all of my notifications have no icon indicating which app it is from is there any way to make it back to normal?

Have u tried off theme park n switch back to original theme?!

Sometimes might b your phone model just up One Ui 5 then Good lock module haven optimise yet...
