No sound

My cp has no sound, what can I do to return the sound, my cp samsung A20s

Have you checked diagnostics, speaker? If result is normal, you may reset your phone but please make backup first of your data before doing reset. If still unsolved, it's time to visit samsung service center, most likely the speaker is damaged. 😎

I already checked diagnostic speaker, only the call speaker works but not the media sound
