Can I update thru Smart Switch? I've been checking for the Android 12 update, but it keeps saying that my software is up to date.

I don't have VoLTE issues, so tell him to restart his phone. And my A12 doesn't support VoLTE.

I was triggered to you because of your ignorance... Saying "You're no help" is just an insult to a person who just commented "I feel you" just to say that YOU HAVE THE SAME problems, androids could have the same problem as well as you have both the same devices...

Sorry for my Arrogance... But you @Khaled75, always commenting "Try to restart your phone" will not always be the Answer to all the problems, change the way of your visions. Explore. Research.

If it doesn't works, then try to wait... Samsung phones have different "Update Scopes", others are Monthly, others are Quarterly, and others are Biannual...
