Ok my a05 does have touch malfunction for dirty hands.

Even I hold such as part of my eyes, or bose contains some mucus, or any dirts through my hands, the touch malfuction sometimes occur(which is don't responds to touch--with ghost touching when hold press the screen--until i turned off the screen for about a 1 seconds), despite of experimenting turning on and off the accidentally touch protection or increase touch semsitivity.

Btw 1. what kind of glass is that on that phone?

2. Is that kind of glass don't much respond well through dirty hands compared through my older phones just as j7+ which even much dirty, can touch well without bugs.

3. Is this phone defective?

4. Is there hidden settings that screen stop working when dirts detected???

tanggalin mo case mo. baka suppressed screen mo or pilipit sa case.

Ganun lng din....kahit yung screen protector, ganun lang... wala, entry level ng samsung, defective

save mo files mo sa sd card.
factory reset then wipe cache partition. try mo muna lahat last option mo yung service center.

Thanks. Yun nga yan may bayad na kasi 1 year na ito.last february.... ganyan talaga low entry phone ng samsung, maganda at mabilis no lag pero issue like touch, yes...para kumita

maganda dun. ingat kase sa case at screen pro. ako naka case lang at no screen pro. naka pouch lang or microfiber na cloth na ginagawang suman ang phone.
