The Galaxy A15 is expected to recieve the One UI 6.1 update, but the exact release date has not been specified yet. Samsung is currently rolling out the update to its flagship devices. Typically mid-range budget devices like the Galaxy A15 follow after the flagship models, so my guess that it is likely that the update will come in mid or late 2024.
