One Ui 6 fail

I'm now using my mom's account to post this. I was up grading to one ui 6 but in optimizing apps, it kept showing samsung galaxy and optimizing apps and so on. It now only flickers Samsung galaxy.

how to turn into recovery mode

Step 1: Power off your device
Step 2: Press the volume up and power buttons at the immediatly right after plugging in a charger.
Step 3: Let go of the power button when the logo appears.
Step 4: Let go of the volume up button when Android recovery appears.
