Hi!

I have been using the A series since 2023 and recently bought a tablet last February.

I'm just wondering why One UI 7 update does not rollout to ALL devices at least at the same day. I get it that they have so many lineups that should be catered individually. However, they can just release the update on the same day, regardless of the device, and ensuring that all devices get their own versions (like with or without AI features depending on the hardware support).

For example, they can just release the major update on all S series and A series supported on the said update today, while ensuring that the higher lineup receive the advance feature. What is taking them so long that they opt to release it per model and pre region? So irrational and inefficient.

Maybe some of you will say I should jsut get the latest one if I wanted the OS update as fast as I can, but that is such a narrow point of view. Samsung phones cost a lot of dollars because of their UI, and we all are paying for it.

In this recent update, we even got the Android 15 a year late than its global release to pther android phones. Too many features that has been delayed and yet some of you will just say, "just wait." NO, we paid for the phone and its service.

Why can Apple release IOS update on all their devices in the same day? Even though they have different versions and lineups? It's such a pity that we have to settle for less and gaslight each other, when we should be calling out for Samsung blatantly exploiting their users?

They release updates one-by-one to detect bugs. Notice that Samsung delayed the update when the company saw a deadly bug? This is why Samsung doesn't release updates at the same time. Perhaps you need to learn to wait and be happy that atleast you receive updates.
