OTG - Galaxy A50

I have tried different types of OTG in my A50 but it still doesn't read the flashdrive. I have tried using it on other phones like Infinix and Xiaomi, it works well. Does anyone know how to fix this?

if you're using the OTG adaptor (USB-C to microUSB), make sure it supports OTG capability as well.

yep, it supports OTG

better try other OTG devices like other flash drive, mouse, keyboard. the problem is probably from the adaptor itself.

the adapter works on other phones. i really dont know why it is not working on my A50
