Good day, fellow galaxy users. I would like to ask something about the Payment Method of Samsung. I am designing my phone and decided to change my app icons. I browsed through the Galaxy Store or Galaxy Themes to find the best one, and just when I was about to pay it, it says that you can only pay through PayPal and a Debit Card. I definitely paid for an icon package at this same app before and I was able to pay it through GCash. ( I am from the Philippines) Please help me although my concern isn't that important.

Thanks for letting us know here about your experience and difficulty accessing the payment system in the Galaxy Store and Galaxy Theme so you can design and change your beloved Samsung Galaxy phone's app icons.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.


If you have a physical GCash MasterCard, you can use that to pay on Galaxy Store, and try any other approved Credit Cards.


If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:


Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
