Pictures automatically deleted

I've encountered an issue with this phone, just last month (September). Last month, all pictures were deleted automatically except pictures from "yesterday". I've tried searching in My Files however pictures are not there as well. I'm not using SD Card nor backing up my pictures to cloud, the first time it happened. Also noticed that storage has increased because of it, which means pictures were really deleted. Then today, I encountered the same issue. I only had this phone for 10 months only. Only pictures were deleted. Contacts, messages, notes, call logs, and documents were not compromised. I also install monthly software updates.

Is it a problem with the OS already?

Ive experience this on my s23 including the recycle bin na photos nawala. Nung pina check ko sa samsung isolated case daw. Ao ngayon lahat ng photos naka save na din sa S9 plus ko and laptop for back up

pano po ginawa nila sa phone mo, like nirepair po ba, diagnose or replacement ganun?

Wala kasi photos lang ang nawala, other than that ok naman

Chineck i think more of assessed ung ginawa nila sa phone walang repair kasi wala naman sira. So more binalik din sakin ung phone. Although i did pay for the service.

nangyari na naman po sya ulit today today lang hahaha partida kadadala ko lang nito sa samsung nung weekend pero nag OS flash lang sila hahjahah

I store mo na ung mga photos mo sa google drive. Para naka save na sya pati ung ibang document mo. Ganun na lang ginawa ko . So far hindi na naulit sakin biki ka na rin ng hard drive para may i save mo din ung photos

thank you. btw it happened again today, and ang weirdest even yung back up pics sa google photos ay nawala huhu. everyday ko chinecheck yung google photos app ko and laging back up completed. pero ang natira lang sa google photos from oct. 1-15 na pics huhu then onwards till yesterday burado lahat wala rin sa trash bin. idk anymore hahahahahah
