This would be my first time using a Samsung phone since I've used a different phone before. I am on 1.5 years with my Samsung A73 and saw a vertical line on my phone. I tried resetting it but nothing happened. Can anyone help me fix this? I am afraid to buy a new one if this is an issue with Samsung. Help?
It's sad that it happened to you especially if it's unexpected. I have had several Samsung galaxy devices for years and luckily none of them had that issue.
It's a hardware failure. You can check in service centers about checking your repair options.
