problem on A51

Guys,i dont know why my phone just restarting by itself without i need to restarting it,is this problem or what?

Mines Note 10 Lite too restarted itself when im charging, they say its because when ram full it will crash and restarts to clear ram

8gb ram samsung used like 4 to 6gb and i always use a lot
